Polish Your Cooking, Poland

Food - it’s an essential part of life & it’s one of my favourite reasons to travel. Cultural Eating, as I like to call, was one of the best things about visiting Poland so learning how to cook some of my most loved Polish recipes with Polish Your Cooking was a true treat!

Under the supervision of our talented chef, we embarked on a delicious beginners journey to re-create two Polish dishes, Drop Scones with Apple & Pierogi Dumplings. The chef shared her best secrets, which had been handed down to her from her Babcia (grandmother in Polish). We really enjoyed the company of our fellow beginner chefs, the bright, spacious & clean facilities, the amazing spread of Polish food & of course the learning how to cook part was incredibly fun as well. These shots are sure to give you a taste of our time with Polish Your Cooking. Bon Appetit!
